Tosheba Fashions owners Earnest and Betty Perkins,relocated their ladies boutique to downtown Sebring in December of 2005.

They moved here because they love the beautiful downtown historic scenery. Betty said that it reminds her of the reconstructed area of downtown Hollywood Florida, or Los Olas Boulevard, the area that she is originally from.

They carry a unique collection of ladies’ wear that can fit most ladies needs from signature garments to dress down denim.
